Job Title: Metrology Software Engineer (Fluke Beijing FCAL team)
Requirements: 1.Hands on experience with calibrating electronic instruments eithermanually or with a computer. Experience with computer assistedcalibrations is a big plus. 2. Understanding ofcomplex electronic instruments like digital multimeters, functiongenerators, arbitrary waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrumanalyzers, rf signal generators, rf power sensors, and networkanalyzers. 3. Ability to interpret instrumentspecifications and comparing them against the calibratorspecifications. The ability to calculate measurement uncertainty is abig plus. 4. Some knowledge of computer programming.Does not have to be a software engineer, but must show strong interestin computers, and experience with basic programming using languageslike Visual Basic, Excel macros, LabView, or even Fortran.
